How often can I contact you?

As often as you need to! We want your tech to work for you at all times, and that's what we're here for.

How quickly will you respond?

Usually within minutes, regardless of what plan you're on. Although, users on higher plans do have priority. If it's outside of open times it may be the next morning.

How many devices are covered per person?

All our plans cover one laptop and one desktop per person.

How will I share my screen with you?

We use a safe and easy to install software called TeamViewer. It lets you show us what's wrong and lets us fix it remotely.

How can I contact you for support?

You can pick from many ways to get in touch: Contact form, email, phone or live chat.

Is my data safe with your back-up service?

Yes, always! We use end-to-end encryption and password protection. This makes sure your data is always hidden from prying eyes. Using Google Cloud Services we can schedule backups nightly or every 15 mins.

How much is a standard callout?

Our standard rate for on-site visits is £75 per hour. With the discount from a Pro or Ultimate plan, this will drop too £60 per hour.

What do you class as a server?

Any single device for storage and/or file serving, such as a NAS (i.e. Synology Box). We don't count server racks with many server instances as one whole server.

What is a 'Priority Assessment'?

If your device has a fault and needs a repair we can look at it on the same day. Usually, assessments have 2-3 days lead time depending on our workload, but not when you're on a Pro or Ultimate plan.
